摘要
目的调查妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇自我健康管理行为现状,分析其影响因素,以期为促进GDM孕妇的健康行为提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、GDM知识量表、自我管理行为量表对218例GDM孕妇进行调查,并分析影响GDM孕妇自我管理行为的相关因素。结果 GDM孕妇自我管理行为得分为(105.76±19.33)分,仅25.69%的GDM孕妇自我管理处于良好水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度(t=3.443)、家庭人均月收入(t=3.119)、参加GDM一日门诊(t=2.615)、获取知识的途径(t=3.255)、GDM自我管理日记(t=3.459)等与GDM孕妇自我健康管理行为密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 GDM孕妇自我管理行为水平有待提升,医务人员应根据上述影响因素采取针对性的干预措施,充分利用网络信息平台、GDM自我管理日记、GDM一日门诊等渠道开展健康宣教,提高GDM孕妇自我管理知识和自我健康管理行为水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of self-health management behavior of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide references for promoting the health behavior of pregnant women with GDM. Methods 218 pregnant women with GDM were investigated by general information questionnaire, GDM knowledge scale and self-management behavior scale, and the related factors influencing self-management behavior of pregnant women with GDM were analyzed. Results The score of selfmanagement behavior of pregnant women with GDM was(105.76±19.33), and good self-management behavior accounted for 25.69%. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level(t=3.443), family per capita income(t=3.119),participation in GDM one-day clinic(t=2.615), access to knowledge(t=3.255), GDM self-management diary(t=3.459) were associated with GDM pregnant women’s self-management behavior(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of selfmanagement behavior of pregnant women with GDM needs to be improved. Medical staff should take targeted intervention measures according to the factors above, and make full use of the network information platform, GDM selfmanagement diary, GDM one-day clinic and other channels to carry out health education, so as to improve the level of self-management knowledge and health management behavior of pregnant women with GDM.
