摘要
目的分析64排CT应用于主动脉夹层中的诊断效果,探讨其临床价值。方法收集35例主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行CT检查,观察诊断结果。结果以手术病理结果为标准,64排CT诊断符合率为94.28%,内侧真腔32例,外侧真腔3例。结论64排CT诊断主动脉夹层,具有无创无痛、可重复检查、准确性高等优势,能够清晰显示病变情况,具有很高的临床诊断价值,可作为主动脉夹层的常规诊断方法。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of 64 slice CT applied in aortic dissection and explore its clinical value.Methods 35 patients with aortic dissection were recruited as research subjects.All patients underwent CT examination and the diagnostic results were observed.Results Based on the surgical and pathological results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of 64 slice CT was 94.28%.Among those,32 patients had medial true lumen and 3 patients had lateral true lumen.Conclusion 64 slice CT diagnosis of aortic dissection has the advantages of noninvasive,painless,reproducible,high accuracy,and can clearly visualize the lesion,which has a high clinical diagnostic value and can be used as a routine diagnostic method for aortic dissection.
