摘要
绞股焊丝是一种新型结构的金属材料,因其特殊的物理结构而具有独特的传热传质传力机制,受到国内外学者广泛关注。但因缺乏相关的标准,限制了其大范围的推广。因此,亟需对绞股焊丝产品相关技术要求进行规范化。《绞股焊丝》团体标准中规定了绞股焊丝的术语和定义、型号分类、主要结构、生产工艺流程、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、供货条件、包装、标志和品质证书等内容。为进一步方便相关用户对该标准解读,文中通过引入一些实例及相关的研究成果对标准进行解释说明,便于绞股焊丝生产企业、使用单位、相关检测机构能更好地应用该标准。同时,也对绞股焊丝国内外的研究现状进行了总结,并展望了今后的发展方向。
Multi-stranded wire is a kind of metal material with a new structure.Due to its special physical structure,it has a unique heat and mass transfer and force transfer mechanism,which has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.However,the lack of relevant standards limits its wide dissemination.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize the relevant technical requirements of multi-stranded wires products.The group standard of"multi-stranded wires"stipulates the terms and definitions,model classification,main structure,production process flow,technical requirements,test methods,test rules,supply conditions,packaging,marks and quality certificates of multi-stranded wires.In order to further facilitate the relevant users to understand the standard.In this paper some examples and related research results are introduced to explain the standard,which is convenient for multi-stranded wires production enterprises,users and relevant testing institutions to better apply the standard.At the same time,the research status of multi-stranded wires at home and abroad are also summarized,and the future development direction is looked forward.
