中职学校生产性实训教学的实践研究——以邗江中等专业学校为例 被引量:2

Practical Research on Productive Training Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools——Taking Hanjiang Secondary Vocational School as an Example

摘要 生产性实训教学是职业教育的重要特征,是中职学校校企合作的重要纽带,是中职学校确保技术技能人才培养质量的重要保证。邗江中等专业学校在数控技术应用专业生产性实训教学方面进行了有益探索,在建设引企入校的沉浸式生产性实训教学基地、构建校企合作的项目化生产性实训教学模式、建立名师引领的特色化生产性实训教学师资队伍、开展多维度生产性实训教学评价等方面积累了经验。生产性实训教学的顺利推进需要采取政府制定具有地方特色的激励政策、推进校企合作的生产性实训教学师资队伍建设、加强生产性实训教学管理制度建设等保障措施。 Productive training teaching is an important feature of vocational education,an important link of school enterprise cooperation,and an important guarantee to ensure the training quality of technical talents.Hanjiang Secondary Vocational School has made beneficial explorations in the productive training teaching of NC specialty,experience has been formed in building an immersive productive training teaching base introducing enterprises into the school,building a project-based productive training teaching mode of school enterprise cooperation,establishing a characteristic productive training teaching team led by famous teachers implementing multi-dimensional productive training teaching evaluation.The smooth advancement of productive training teaching requires the government to formulate incentive policies with local characteristics,promote the construction of productive training teaching staff with school enterprise cooperation,and strengthen the construction of productive training teaching management system.
