摘要
针对神东矿区多层坚硬顶板赋存和重复采动条件下,工作面回采过程中出现的大小周期来压及强矿压现象,采用现场实测与相似模拟研究了某矿42107工作面矿压显现规律及覆岩破断特征。研究表明:42107工作面存在大小周期来压,小周期来压步距为10.2~30.7 m,平均18.6 m;大周期来压步距为57.5~83.6 m,平均67.85 m;强烈矿压显现步距平均141.6 m,持续距离平均31.6 m;矿区开采深部资源时,重复采动下累计采高引起的覆岩破坏范围较大,基本顶及其上覆高位关键层的先后破断常常会联合作用影响工作面的矿压显现,尤其是高位覆岩中硬厚岩层的突然破断,会促使由其控制的岩层随之同步下沉,其载荷在岩层中逐层向下传递至工作面,从而导致或诱发采场矿压灾害。
In view of the occurrence of multi-layer hard roof and repeated mining in Shendong mining area,the phenomenon of periodic pressure and strong ore pressure in the mining process of working face is studied by using field measurement and similar simulation to study the mining pressure behavior law and overburden fracture characteristics of 42107 working face.The research shows that there are large and small periods of pressure in 42107 working face,and the step distance of small periods is between 10.2 and 30.7 m,with an average of 18.6 m.In large period,the pressing distance was between 57.5 and 83.6 m,with an average of 67.85 m.The average step distance of strong ore pressure is 141.6 m,and the average continuous distance is 31.6 m.Under the deep mining resources,repeated mining cumulative strata caused by mining height are broken damage range is larger,basic roof key stratum and its overlying high successively breaking often combined influence of the working face mine pressure,especially high thick hard rock strata in the overburden strata suddenly rupture,prompt by its with the synchronous control of strata subsidence,the load step by step to face down in the rock,thus cause or induce the stope ore pressure disaster.
