摘要
目的在药品编码标准不统一的困境下,实现医院管理信息系统与其他药品平台之间的信息交互。方法挖掘不同药品平台数据间的对应关系,运用Excel中Vlookup函数搭建数据联动模板,以模板为桥梁打通药品信息交互壁垒。结果在模板搭建方面,对应关系中的通用形式正确匹配率可达80%,不仅可协助模板的核对和补缺,也足以适用于任意药品交互系统的模板主体搭建。在模板应用方面,基于Vlookup的数据联动模板既能显著节省人力成本和时间成本,又能减少数据遗漏和交互差错,从根本上提高交互效率和正确率。结论基于Vlookup的数据联动模拟可打破信息孤岛效应,为医院管理信息系统与其他药品平台构建了数据传输桥梁,在日益繁重的药品信息交互任务中另辟蹊径,解放劳动力。
Objective To realize the information exchange between the hospital information system and other drug platforms under the predicament of inconsistent drug coding standards.Methods The corresponding relationship between the data of different drug platforms was mined,and the Vlookup function in Excel was used to build a data linkage template.The template was used as a bridge to break through the barriers of drug information interaction.Results In terms of template construction,the correct matching rate of the general form in the corresponding relationship could reach 80%,which could not only assist in the verification and filling of the template,but also be suitable for the construction of the template body of any drug interaction system.In terms of template application,the Vlookup-based data linkage template could not only significantly save labor costs and time costs,but also reduce data omissions and interaction errors,fundamentally improving interaction efficiency and accuracy.Conclusion The data linkage simulation based on Vlookup can break the information island effect,build a data transmission bridge between the hospital management information system and other drug platforms,and open up a new way in the increasingly arduous task of drug information interaction,freeing the labor force.
