摘要
进入新世纪以来,中国高等教育为我国的社会主义现代化建设培养了一大批高素质劳动者,为国家构建现代产业体系做出了突出的贡献。但随着国家经济、社会发展及产业转型升级对应用型人才的需求越来越迫切。作为应用型人才培养主体的地方本科院校要实现这一办学目标,需要以产教融合的思想为指导,更新教育观念,合理确定办学定位,构建产教融合、校企合作的办学模式,推动校企利益、制度、资源及文化的深度融合;在专业建设层面,要以“从做中学”理论为指导,构建知行合一、工学结合的人才培养模式,实现课程体系、教学运行管理及质量监控体系等方面的改革与突破;在课程建设中,要确立以学生为中心的教学理念,课程设计实现理论与实践的有效融合,课程实施中采用学做合一的教学模式。这样层次分明的模式体系实现校企、工学、学做的融合,为应用型人才培养提供可靠的保障。
Since entering the new century,China's higher education has cultivated a large number of high-quality workers for China's socialist modernization construction and made outstanding contribution to the construction of modern industrial system.However,with the development of national economy and society,and industrial transformation and upgrading,the demand for applied talents is more and more urgent.In order to achieve this goal,local colleges and universities,as the main body of application-oriented talents training,need to take the idea of integration of industry and education as the guidance,update their educational concepts,reasonably determine their school-running positioning,construct the school-running mode of integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the deep integration of school-enterprise interests,system,resources and culture.At the level of specialty construction,the theory of"learning by doing"should be taken as the guidance to build a talent training mode combining knowledge with practice and combining work with work,so as to realize the reform and breakthrough in the course system,teaching operation management and quality control system.In the course construction,we should establish the student-centered teaching concept,realize the effective integration of theory and practice in the course design,and adopt the teaching mode of learning and doing in the course implementation.Such a distinct pattern system realizes the integration of school and enterprise,work and study,and provides a reliable guarantee for the cultivation of applied talents.
