摘要
汽车双质量飞轮可以有效衰减发动机的扭振,减少输入到变速箱的角加速度,可以使整车的共振转速降到怠速以下,进一步提升整车的NVH特性。但每次整车在启动工况下都要通过共振转速,动力传动系统会产生瞬时超负荷扭矩,从而引起车辆剧烈抖动,导致零件损坏,同时产生启动异响。为了解决双质量飞轮基于整车启动冲击和异响问题,基于AMESim软件搭建了双质量飞轮整车的动力学仿真模型,通过仿真分析对双质量飞轮的关键性能参数进行了研究,确定了双质量飞轮的初次级质量转动惯量、基础阻尼力矩、自由转角及扭转刚度对发动机启动工况的扭振衰减效果的影响。结果表明,增大基础阻尼力矩和降低扭转刚度都可以有效降低双质量飞轮的启动扭转振幅,从而降低启动工况下的整车抖动与异响,该研究提出了双质量飞轮基于整车启动工况的仿真分析方法,解决了启动工况下的双质量飞轮扭转振幅过大的问题,能为双质量飞轮的整车匹配提供参考。
The dual mass flywheel could effectively attenuate the torsional vibration of the engine,reduce the angular acceleration inputted to the gearbox,and reduce the vehicle resonance rotation speed under idle speed,so as to improve the vehicle NVH characteristics.However,it needed to pass the resonance rotation speed under the start condition every time,the power transmission system would produce instantaneous overload torque,which would cause severe shaking of the vehicle,and result in parts damage accompanied with start abnormal noise.In order to solve the problems of dual-mass flywheel vehicle start impact and abnormal noise,the dynamics simulation model of the dual mass flywheel vehicle was established based on AMESim software,the key performance parameters of dual mass flywheel were studied by simulation analysis and the influences of the primary and secondary mass inertia,basic hysteresis,free angle and torsional stiffness of the dual mass flywheel on the torsional vibration attenuation of the engine start condition were determined.The results showed that it could effectively reduce the startup torsional amplitude of dual mass flywheel when increasing basic damping torque and reducing torsional stiffness,thus reduced the vehicle shaking and noise under the start condition,this study proposed simulation analysis method for dual mass flywheel based on the start condition,and solved the problem for torsion amplitude of dual mass flywheel being overlarge under the vehicle start condition.It provided the reference for vehicle matching with dual mass flywheel.
