摘要
目的:观察全息刮痧疗法在失眠症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院神经内科110例失眠症患者。根据随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用耳穴压豆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用全息刮痧疗法治疗。对两组临床疗效及治疗前后睡眠质量进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为89.09%,高于对照组的67.27%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能、催眠药物、睡眠质量评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能、催眠药物、睡眠质量评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用全息刮痧疗法对失眠症患者进行治疗,明显改善患者失眠症状,可有效提高患者的睡眠质量,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the application effect of holographic scraping therapy in patients with insomnia.Method:A total of 110 patients with insomnia from the department of neurology of People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.According to random drawing method,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear acupoint pressing bean,and the observation group was treated with holographic scrapping therapy on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy and sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in observation group was 89.09%,which was higher than 67.27%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep latency,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,daytime function,hypnotic drugs,sleep quality scores and total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the sleep latency,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,daytime function,hypnotic drugs,sleep quality scores and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of holographic scraping therapy for the treatment of patients with insomnia,it can significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia in patients,effectively improve the quality of sleep of patients,the effect is significant,it is worthy of promotion.
