摘要
本文从全文强制工程建设规范编制背景、原则及编制思路出发,系统介绍了GB 55015—2021《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》的主要内容及框架,重点对其节能目标的确定基准、节能率与分解情况、平均能耗及碳排放水平进行了解读和分析;针对围护结构及设备系统主要节能性能指标,分析了较现行标准的提升情况,以及与国外先进节能标准的比对情况;聚焦重点内容,明确了规范的实施要点。
Based on the compilation background, principles and ideas of national mandatory engineering construction code, this paper systematically introduces the main content and framework of GB 55015-2021 General code for energy efficiency and renewable energy application in buildings, interpreting and analyzing the benchmark of energy efficiency goal determination, energy efficiency rate and its composition, average energy consumption and carbon emission. Focusing on the main energy efficiency performance indicators of enclosing structures and facilities, this paper analyzes the improvement of existing standards and compares the current standards with the advanced energy efficiency standards abroad. This paper has clear highlights and clarifies the keys to the implementation of codes.
