开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of direct torque control system for switched reluctance motor

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机双凸极的结构特点以及转矩脉动大、控制复杂等问题,提出了一种bang-bang调节下的直接转矩控制方法,通过不对称半桥式功率变换器得到各相定子绕组三电平电压,组成直接转矩控制所需的电压空间矢量,从而满足转矩、磁链的变化要求。以TMS320F2812型DSP为主控制器,设计了四相开关磁阻电机控制系统的硬件结构,并对功率驱动电路、电流检测电路及位置检测电路进行了分析,给出了直接转矩控制算法的软件设计。对系统进行了仿真和实验,仿真结果表明系统具有较强的稳定性和抗扰性,实验结果表明,系统输出信号正常可靠,符合开关磁阻电机直接转矩控制要求。 Aiming at the structural characteristics of double salient pole switched reluctance motor(SRM)and the problems of large torque ripple and complex control,a direct torque control method based on Bang Bang regulation is proposed.The three-level voltage of each phase stator winding is obtained by asymmetrical half bridge power converter to form the voltage space vector required by direct torque control,so as to meet the requirements of torque and flux variation.Taking TMS320 F2812 DSP as the main controller,the hardware structure of four phase switched reluctance motor control system is designed.The power drive circuit,current detection circuit and position detection circuit are analyzed,and the software design of direct torque control algorithm is given.The simulation results show that the system has strong stability and anti-interference.The experimental results show that the output signal of the system is normal and reliable,which meets the requirements of switched reluctance motor direct torque control.
