大型水电站机器人全覆盖巡检安全自动监测系统设计 被引量:5

Design of automatic safety monitoring system for full coverage inspection by robots in large hydropower stations

摘要 当前的大型水电站机器人全覆盖巡检安全自动监测系统易出现数据丢失,监测覆盖率较低。因此,设计了一种新的大型水电站机器人全覆盖巡检安全自动监测系统。对系统的硬件和软件进行优化,将监测器作为核心设备,选择HDIK-3型号监测器,提高监测系统的反应能力,采用英特尔酷睿系列的处理器,增强系统的稳定性,同时增加定位器,使系统能够更好地确定水电站位置。得出起点和终点之间最优的路径,实现安全自动监测。实验结果表明,设计的大型水电站机器人全覆盖巡检安全自动监测系统具有很强的监测能力,能够很好地保存数据,提高监测覆盖率。 The current robot full coverage patrol safety automatic monitoring system for large hydropower stations is prone to data loss and low monitoring coverage.Therefore,a new robot full coverage inspection safety automatic monitoring system for large hydropower station is designed.the hardware and software of the system is optimized,take the monitor as the core equipment,hdik-3 monitor is selected to improve the response ability of the monitoring system,Intel Core series processor is adopted to enhance the stability of the system,and the locator is increased to make the system better determine the location of the hydropower station.The optimal path between the starting point and the end point is obtained to realize automatic safety monitoring.The experimental results show that the designed robot full coverage patrol safety automatic monitoring system for large hydropower station has strong monitoring ability,can well save data and improve monitoring coverage.
