摘要
为提高铝青铜簧片在插接和电流传导的可靠性,提出了弧形簧舌、局部加厚的改进结构,拟定了先整体冲压成型、后簧舌弯直处理的工艺方案。并针对铝青铜簧片的冲压成型,利用Solidworks进行模具造型及装配,导入DEFORM进行冲压成型模拟。经DEFORM前后处理,获得了相应的速度流场、应力应变、破坏曲线和载荷曲线,研究表明,冲压材料流速合理,各点变形受损符合预期,应力应变与实际相符;利用公称载荷2000 kN左右的冲压机,选用长68 mm、宽14 mm、厚0.6 mm的铜片为坯料,可实现与设计相一致且品相完好的铝青铜簧片成型加工。
In order to improve the reliability of aluminum bronze reed in insertion and current conduction,this paper proposed an improved structure of reed with wide body and local thickening,and planed the process plan of first overall stamping and then bending and straightening.For the integral stamping of aluminum bronze reed,SolidWorks software was used to model and assemble the composite die,and deform software was imported to simulate the stamping forming.After pre and post treatment of DEFORM software,the velocity field,stress-strain,failure curve and load curve of copper reed were obtained.The research showed that the flow rate of stamping material was reasonable,the deformation and damage of each point were in line with the expectation,and the stress-strain was in line with the actual situation.With sheet copper length of 68mm,width of 14mm and thickness of 0.6mm,by using the stamping machine with nominal load of about 2000KN,the integral stamping of aluminum bronze reed with good appearance could be done,which was consistent with the design.
