摘要
近年来,功能性近红外光谱成像技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)被广泛使用在神经精神疾病的临床康复与治疗研究中。在成瘾研究领域,越来越多的证据表明,fNIRS可用于不同成瘾行为的神经认知功能、复吸渴求评估等相关研究,提示与fNIRS相关的神经生物学指标可作为评估成瘾严重程度的潜在生物标记,或作为成瘾相关渴求的评估指标。本文对fNIRS在成瘾行为相关的认知功能评估、治疗效果评价、大脑静息态功能连接等方面的应用进行了总结,并对未来研究进行了展望。
In recent years,functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)has been widely used in the clinical rehabilitation and treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.In the field of addiction research,more and more evidences show that fNIRS can be used to evaluate the neurocognitive function,relapse craving and other related studies,suggesting that the neurobiological indicators related to fNIRS can be used as a potential biomarker to evaluate the severity of addiction,or as an evaluation indicator of addiction craving.This review summarized the application of fNIRS in the cognitive function,therapeutic effect evaluation,and functional connectivity in the resting state of the brain related to addictive behaviors,and future research is prospected.
