摘要
进入新时代,高职院校思想政治教育工作面临新要求,即要提高政治站位,以党建为先抓实思政教育工作;要聚焦根本任务,以学生为本做好思政教育工作;要注重因事而化,以规律为基统筹思政教育工作。同时,高职院校思想政治教育工作面临课堂主渠道作用发挥不明显、教师引路人责任发挥不到位、高职类型性认识定位不清晰等问题。据此,提出新形势下高职院校思想政治教育工作的新路径,即夯实思政教育工作主体、丰富思政教育工作内涵、创新思政教育工作方式。
In the new era,the ideological and political education work of higher vocational colleges is facing new requirements,that is,to improve the political position,take party building as the first priority to carry out ideological and political education work;focus on the fundamental tasks,and do a good job of ideological and political education with students as the center;pay attention to adapt to events,and coordinate ideological and political education work on the basis of laws.At the same time,the ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges is faced with problems such as the inability to play the role of the main channel of the classroom,the inadequacy of the responsibility of teachers as guides,and the unclear positioning of the type of higher vocational education.The new paths of ideological and political education workin higher vocational colleges include:consolidate the main body of ideological and political education work,enrich the connotation of ideological and political education work,and innovate the way of ideological and political education work.
