摘要
奶牛配种后,及时且准确了解奶牛的妊娠状况至关重要。奶牛早期妊娠诊断可显著缩短平均育种间隔,提高奶牛养殖效率。随着早期妊娠诊断技术不断发展,检测牛妊娠相关糖蛋白(PAG)逐渐被人们重视,尤其是酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)得到更多的开发与利用。目前国外已有PAG ELISA牛妊娠检测试剂盒用于检测怀孕早期PAGs,该方法快速、准确、灵敏,而国内现存的试纸条准确率低。本文综述了传统的奶牛早期妊娠诊断方法和PAG ELISA方法的发展现状,对ELISA检测方法在动物繁殖领域的应用进行展望。
It is very important to understand the pregnancy status of dairy cows timely and accurately after breeding.Early pregnancy diagnosis of dairy cows can significantly shorten the average breeding interval and improve the breeding efficiency of dairy cows.With the continuous development of the early pregnancy diagnosis technology,the detection of bovine pregnancy-associated glycoprotein(PAG)has received more and more attention.In particular,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)has been more developed and utilized.At present,the PAG ELISA bovine pregnancy test kit has been used to detect PAGs in early pregnancy in foreign countries,which has the advantages of being rapid,accurate and sensitive,while the accuracy of the existing domestic dipstick is low.In this paper,the development status of traditional methods for early pregnancy diagnosis in cows and the PAG ELISA method are reviewed,and the application of the ELISA method in the field of animal reproduction is expected.
