Mineralogical Study on Low Grade Ultrafine Slime Washing Process in Jiaojia Gold Mine

摘要 焦家金矿选矿矿泥性质复杂,粒度极细,品位极低,对选矿造成严重干扰。为了提高金的回收,利用光学显微镜、化学分析、MLA分析、能谱分析等,重点研究了矿泥化学成分、矿物组成以及金的赋存状态、载金矿物嵌布特征等工艺矿物学特性。结果表明:矿泥金品位为1.0 g/t,银品位为4.6 g/t,含铁2.25%,含碳0.67%,含硫0.62%。金属矿物主要为黄铁矿和微量黄铜矿,脉石矿物主要有伊利石、石英、钠长石等。金的赋存状态有四种,分别为单体金、包裹体金、连生体金和裂隙金。根据工艺矿物学研究结果,建议在浮选过程中延长浮选时间,降低矿浆浓度,增加搅拌速度,添加硅酸钠、六偏硫酸钠等分散剂,并采用一粗一精一扫的工艺流程。研究结果对进一步提高该类型矿石选矿指标、探求优化现场生产、完善选冶系统具有指导意义。 The slime of Jiaojia gold mine had complex properites,extremely fine particle size and low grade,which seriously interfered with mineral processing.In order to improve the recovery of gold,optical microscope analysis,chemical analysis,MLA analysis,energy spectrum analysis and other means were used to study and analyze the process mineralogical characteristics include chemical composition of slime,mineral composition,occurrence state of gold and dissemination characteristics of gold bearing minerals.The results showed that the grade of gold was 1.0 g/t,the grade of silver was 4.6 g/t,the iron content was 2.25%,the carbon content was 0.67%,and the sulfur content was 0.62%.The main metal minerals are pyrite and trace chalcopyrite,and the gangue minerals were illite,quartz,albite and so on.There were four modes of occurrence of gold,which were monomer gold,inclusion gold,intergrowth gold and fissure gold.According to the process mineralogy research results,it was recommended to prolong the flotation time,reducing the concentration of pulp,increasing the stirring speed,adding dispersants such as sodium silicate and sodium hexametasulfate,and adopting the process of one roughing,one cleaning and one scavenging during the flotation process.The research results had guiding significance for further improving the beneficiation indexes of this type of ore,exploring the optimization of on-site production and improving the beneficiation-metallurgy system.
