摘要
为提高物料物性测试设备的便捷性和使用性价比,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的农业物料物性测试实验系统。该系统基于质地分析检测原理,在SolidWorks软件中设计不同类型检测探头的机械系统虚拟样机,基于LabVIEW开发相应的测控软件,通过控制检测探头以设定的速度向被测样品施加恒定时间的位移,实时采集、显示和存储探头与样品间的作用力,获取物性参数分析的基础数据。测试结果表明该系统能够较好地模拟探头与样品间的互作过程,为学生使用LabVIEW软件开展自主性、创新性实验提供了实践平台。
In order to improve the convenience and cost performance of material properties testing equipment, an agricultural material properties testing experimental system based on virtual instrument is designed. Based on the principle of texture analysis and detection, the virtual prototype of mechanical system with different types of detection probes is designed in SolidWorks software. The corresponding measurement and control software is developed by using LabVIEW. By controlling the detection probe to impose displacement with a constant time on the measured sample at a set speed, the force between the probe and the sample is collected, displayed and stored in real time, and the basic data for the analysis of physical parameters are obtained. The test results show that the system can well simulate the interaction process between the probe and the sample, which provides a practical platform for students to carry out independent and innovative experiments using LabVIEW software.
