摘要
该文设计了退役动力锂离子电池正、负极材料浮选回收实验,细化了浮选实验准备、实施及数据处理的具体流程,考察了药剂用量以及矿浆浓度对浮选效果的影响。该实验作为“固体废物处理与资源化”课程实验环节案例,不仅可以锻炼学生的浮选实验操作能力,更能加深学生对动力锂离子电池电极材料浮选回收的认识,进一步激发学生对动力锂离子电池循环利用等固体废物资源化前沿领域的兴趣。
In this article,the flotation recovery experiments of cathode and anode materials for end-of-life electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries are designed.The details of the preparation,implementation as well as data processing of flotation are meticulously specified.The influence of reagent dosages and pulp concentrations on the flotation performance is carefully considered.As one of the practical experiments of the course “Treatment and Resource Utilization of Solid Waste”,it can not only improve the ability of students’ experimental operation,but also deepen their understanding of the flotation recovery of electrode materials of power lithium-ion batteries.Thus further stimulate their interest in related frontier knowledge of power lithium-ion battery recovery in the field of solid waste recycling.
