摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌临床疗效及对患者血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)199和CA50水平的影响。方法将我院收治的88例老年中晚期食管癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组各44例,对照组给予放射治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予复方苦参注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效,血清CEA、CA199和CA50水平,免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血清CEA、CA199和CA50水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者急性放射性食管炎和骨髓抑制的发生情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组胃肠道反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合放疗治疗老年中晚期食管癌近期疗效显著,可显著降低患者血清CEA、CA199和CA50水平,显著改善患者免疫功能,减少放疗不良反应的发生。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound Sophora flavescens Injection combined with radiotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly and its effect on serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)199 and CA50 levels.Methods A total of 88 Patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 44 cases in each group.Control group was treated with radiotherapy,and observation group was treated with Compound Sophora flavescens Injection on the basis of control group.The clinical effects,serum CEA,CA199 and CA50 levels,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The serum CEA;CA199 and CA50levels of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)and CD4^(4)/CD8^(+)levels of observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The occurrence of acute radiation esophagitis and bone marrow suppression in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Sophora flavescens Injection combined with radiotherapy has a significant short-term effect in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer in the elderly.It can significantly reduce serum CEA,CA199 and CA50 levels of patients,improve the immune function,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to radiotherapy.
