摘要
目的分析白虎桂枝汤加减治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法78例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按照红绿双色球法分为研究组与对照组,各39例。对照组采用非布司他片治疗,研究组采用白虎桂枝汤加减治疗。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清指标[血尿酸(BUA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)]。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组BUA(289.47±20.34)μmol/L、CRP(8.03±1.02)mg/L、WBC(3.58±1.04)×10^(9)/L及ESR(21.34±10.26)mm/h均低于对照组的(386.73±30.22)μmol/L、(20.34±2.16)mg/L、(10.26±2.33)×10^(9)/L及(28.74±12.38)mm/h,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白虎桂枝汤加减用于急性痛风性关节炎的效果显著,对于血清指标的改善具有促进作用,有利于减轻患者的炎症反应,提高患者的临床疗效,促使患者尽早康复,临床可以进一步推广运用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Baihu Guizhi Decoction on acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute gouty arthritis were divided into the research group and the control group according to the red and green two-color ball method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with febuxostat tablets,and the research group was treated with modified Baihu Guizhi Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and serum indicators[blood uric acid(BUA),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate 94.87%of the research group was higher than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BUA(289.47±20.34)μmol/L,CRP(8.03±1.02)mg/L,WBC(3.58±1.04)×10^(9)/L and ESR(21.34±10.26)mm/h in the research group were all lower than(386.73±30.22)μmol/L,(20.34±2.16)mg/L,(10.26±2.33)×10^(9)/L and(28.74±12.38)mm/h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Baihu Guizhi Decoction has a significant effect on acute gouty arthritis.It can promote the improvement of serum indicators,reduce the inflammatory reactions of patients,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients,which can be further popularized and used in clinic.
