摘要
提出了一种针对带截体聚能装药的正交优化试验设计方法,研究带截体聚能装药的结构参数对其形成射流的影响,对4个主要结构参数进行了优化设计,利用非线性动力学分析软件AUTODYN-2D对试验方案进行模拟,通过对模拟数据的分析,得到了各指标对应的优化方案。结果表明:对于剩余射流断裂头部直径,最优方案为罩锥角76°,罩壁厚1 mm,药顶高30 mm和截体间距10 mm;对于剩余射流断裂头部速度,最优方案为罩锥角60°,罩壁厚0.75 mm,药顶高30 mm和截体间距17.5 mm。
A kind of shaped charge with truncated body was put forward.The influence of structural parameters of shaped charge with truncated body on jet formation was discussed by using orthogonal experimental design method.Four main structural parameters were optimized.The experimental scheme was simulated by using nonlinear dynamic analysis software AUTODYN-2D.Through the analysis of simulation data,the optimization scheme corresponding to each index was obtained.The results show that the best solution for the diameter of the residual jet fracture head is 76°in cone angle,1 mm in thickness,30 mm in charge height and 10 mm in distance between truncated body;for the velocity of the residual jet fracture head,the best solution is 60°in cone angle,0.75 mm in thickness,30 mm in charge height and 17.5 mm in distance between truncated body.
