薄弱电网频率稳定性控制策略研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 孤网运行是电力系统极端情况下的特殊运行方式,也是薄弱电网的一种表现形式。主力发电机组在孤网中所占的比重较大,自平衡能力较差,同样的功率不平衡会引起较大幅度的频率波动,严重时造成机组超速停机,导致电网失电,因此研究提高孤网运行稳定性的控制策略具有特别重要的意义。从薄弱电网运行的特点出发,分析了其运行的不稳定性,较全面地梳理了一次调频、二次调频、快速降负荷和OPC等提高孤网运行稳定性的控制策略,并结合国外某孤网出现的不稳定情况,制定了提高孤网稳定性的控制策略。实际应用表明,该控制策略在电网异常振荡时可使电网在较短时间内实现供需平衡,达到稳定电网频率的目的。 Isolated grid operation is a special operation mode under extreme conditions of the power system,and it is also a manifestation of a weak grid.The main generatorunits account for a large proportion in the isolated Power Grid and the self-balancing ability is poor.The same power imbalance will cause large frequency fluctuations.In severe cases,it will cause the unit to overspeed and cause the power grid to lose power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the control strategy to improve the operation stability of isolated power grid.Starting from the characteristics of the weak grid operation,the instability of its operation is analyzed.The control strategies for improving the stability of isolated grid operation,such as primary frequency modulation,secondary frequency modulation,rapid load reduction,and OPC,are summarized.Practical application shows that this control strategy can achieve the balance of supply and demand of the power grid in a short time when the power grid is abnormally oscillating,and achieve the purpose of stabilizing the frequency of the power grid.
