摘要
隔断耐火性能是轨道车辆结构耐火性能的重要指标之一。我国目前尚无完善的轨道车辆隔断耐火性能评价标准,因此,针对国外和国内轨道车辆防火标准开展分析。对比EN 45545-3:2013《铁路应用机车车辆防火第3部分:防火隔板阻燃要求》、BS 6853:1999《旅客列车设计和结构防火实施法规》、NFPA 130:2020《固定导轨运输系统和有轨客运系统》,以及CJ/T 416—2012《城市轨道交通车辆防火要求》规定,分析各标准对隔断耐火性能的评价指标、要求和测试方法,以及设置位置差异。结合我国轨道车辆防火安全现状,总结适合我国轨道车辆耐火隔断的设置要求和耐火性能评价建议。
Fire barrier is one of the important index to evaluate the fire resistance of rail vehicle construction.At present,there is no perfect fire resistance evaluation standard for rail vehicle fire barriers in China.Therefore,the fire protection standards of rail vehicles at home and abroad are analyzed.Compared with EN 45545-3:2013 Railway applications-Fire protection on railway vehicles-Part 3:Fire resistance requirements for fire barriers,BS 6853:1999 Code of practice for fire protection in the design and construction of passenger carrying trains,NFPA 130:2020 Standard for fixed guideway transit and passenger rail systems,and CJ/T 416—2012 Fire protection requirements for urban rail transit vehicles.The evaluation indexes,requirements,test methods and setting positions of fire resistance in various standards are analyzed.Combined with the current situation of fire safety of rail vehicles in China,the setting requirements and fire resistance performance evaluation suggestions suitable for rail vehicles in China are summarized.
