Comparison on the Pollution Characteristics of Different Types of Oily Sludge

摘要 通过监测含油污泥的46项污染物指标,对比分析不同类型含油污泥的基本特性、重金属污染及有机物污染特性,并将监测结果与国家标准进行对照分析。结果显示:含油污泥污染物指标中有含油率、镉、砷、钡、锌、苯、苯并(a)芘超过了标准筛选值。不同类型含油污泥的含油率大小排序为过滤油蜡、罐底泥、管线刺漏油土、污水脱泥、储泥池。罐底泥和污水脱泥的重金属污染及有机物污染均高于其他类型,不同类型含油污泥的粒径分布及矿物成分基本一致。针对不同类型含油污泥的污染特性,提出适合的处理方式。 Based on the monitoring data of 46 pollutant indexes of oily sludge,the basic characteristics of different types of oily sludge were compared and analyzed,included the pollution characteristics of heavy metal and organics.The monitoring results were compared with the national standards.The results showed that the oil content,cadmium,arsenic,barium,zinc,benzene and benzo(α)pyrene exceeded the standard screening values.Different types of oily sludge had different pollution characteristics.The order of oil content was filter oil wax,tank bottom mud,pipeline leakage soil,sewage desliming and sludge storage tank.The heavy metal pollution and organic matter pollution of tank bottom sludge and sewage desliming were higher than other types.The particle size distribution and mineral composition of different types of oily sludge were basically the same.According to the different pollution characteristics of different types of oily sludge,the suitable treatment methods were put forward.
