摘要
地质灾害治理施工工艺复杂,涉及专业技术和项目较多,作为首要施工环节之一的危险源辨识,其辨识依据常以事故直接原因和类型为主,结合LEC风险评价法,为危险源控制措施落实提供科学参考依据。危险源的控制措施主要围绕人的不安全因素、管理漏洞、物的不安全因素3个方面展开论述,这3个方面是地质灾害施工质量控制必不可少环节。
The geological disaster control construction process is complex,involving many professional technologies and projects.As one of the primary construction links,the identification of hazard sources is usually based on the direct cause and type of the accident,combined with the LEC risk assessment method,as the hazard source The implementation of control measures provides a scientific reference basis.The control measures of hazards mainly focus on the three aspects of human insecurity factors,management loopholes,and physical insecurity factors.These three aspects are indispensable links in the quality control of geological disaster construction.
