摘要
目的:观察电针联合体外冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床效果。方法:选取上海市中医医院2019年5月—2020年2月门诊就诊的KOA患者76例,随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例)。对照组给予电针治疗,每周3次,疗程为4周。治疗组在对照组基础上联合体外冲击波治疗,每周1次,疗程4周。两组分别在治疗期间的第2周和第4周疗程结束后,以视觉模拟评分(VAS)法和WOMAC评分评价膝骨关节炎疼痛改善及膝关节功能。结果:治疗后,两组临床比较,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。治疗后,两组患者在治疗的第2周及第4周的VAS评分和WOMAC评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),两组各项观察指标改善程度与治疗时间成正比。组间比较,治疗组在治疗2周及4周后,VAS评分和WOMAC评分均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合体外冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎在临床上疗效更显著,适宜临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 76 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group was treated with electroacupuncture 3 times a week for 4 weeks.The treatment group was additionally treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy once a week for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and WOMAC score were used to evaluate the improvement of knee osteoarthritis pain and knee function at the end of 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,respectively.Results After treatment,the clinical comparison between the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05),there is statistical significance.After treatment,VAS score and WOMAC score of 2 groups at the 2nd and 4th week of treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and all observation indexes were positively correlated with treatment time between 2 groups.Compared with the treatment group,VAS score and WOMAC score in the treatment group were significantly improved after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,with statistical significance.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave is more effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
