摘要
陕西作为我国教育大省,始终把立德树人根本任务和服务西部大开发国家战略作为衡量人才培养质量的重要标准,近年来为全国特别是西部地区培养了大批优秀人才。本文调研了十三五期间陕西省高校毕业生就业情况,在此基础上分析了陕西省高校毕业生的就业特征并总结了促进就业措施。
As a major education province in China,Shaanxi has always regarded the fundamental task of fostering morality and fostering talents and serving the national strategy of western development as important standards to measure the quality of personnel training.This paper investigates the employment situation of college graduates in Shaanxi province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,and on this basis analyzes the employment characteristics of college graduates in Shaanxi Province and summarizes the measures to promote employment.
