高压电缆终端铅封缺陷超声相控阵柔性耦合检测 被引量:13

Ultrasonic Phased Array Flexible Coupling Detection of Lead-sealing Defects in High Voltage Cable Terminals

摘要 高压电缆终端铅封因安装质量不合格或在运行过程中受外力作用会出现孔洞、开裂或脱粘等缺陷,铅封表面曲率大,采用普通超声探头直接接触终端铅封表面检测铅封缺陷效率不高,缺陷回波信号信噪比低。为解决铅封缺陷无法有效检测的问题,提出了基于超声相控阵柔性水囊耦合的终端铅封缺陷无损检测方法,所提方法采用超声相控阵探头和柔性水囊耦合装置组成铅封缺陷检测系统。利用COMSOL有限元仿真软件建立铅封缺陷仿真模型,对超声相控阵探头检测参数进行设计和优化,对3种典型人工缺陷试样进行检测试验。结果表明:探头不同的声束偏转角度和聚焦距离会对缺陷检测结果造成影响,通过超声相控阵探头扇形扫描(S扫)图像和超声波脉冲回波反射(A扫)图像可以实现铅封缺陷定性分析和定量测量。该方法验证了采用柔性水囊耦合探头的超声相控阵终端铅封缺陷检测方法能够快速、直观地检测出铅封缺陷,为高压电缆终端铅封缺陷检测提供了一种新思路。 The defects such as hole,crack or debonding will appear in the lead seals of high voltage cable terminals due to unqualified installation quality or external force during operation.The curvature of the lead seal surface is large,the efficiency of direct contact with the terminal lead-sealing surface by using ordinary ultrasonic probe is not high,and the signal-to-noise ratio of defect echo signal is low.In order to solve the problem that the lead seal defects cannot be effectively detected,a nondestructive testing method for the end lead-sealing defects based on the flexible water bag coupling of ultrasonic phased array is proposed.In the proposed method,an ultrasonic phased array probe and flexible water bag coupling devices are adopted to form the lead-sealing defect detection system.The simulation model of lead-sealing defects is established by the COMSOL finite element simulation software,and the parameters of ultrasonic phased array probe detection are designed and optimized.Three typical artificial defect samples were tested.The results show that the different deflection angle and focus distance of the probe will affect the defect detection results.Qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement of lead-sealing defects can be realized by using the sector scan(s-scan)image and ultrasonic pulse echo reflection(A-scan)image of the ultrasonic phased array probe.It is verified that the method of ultrasonic phased array terminal lead-sealing defect detection with flexible water bag coupling probe can detect the lead-sealing defects quickly and intuitively,which provides a new way for the detection of lead-sealing defects of high voltage cable terminals.
