摘要
虽然风电的迅速增长带来了清洁、廉价的能源,但风电的不确定性也同时给电力系统带来了技术难题。利用风电参与电力系统恢复非常具有挑战性,为此,提出了一种利用风电提高电力系统恢复能力的恢复规划模型及策略。首先利用风电功率场景,将风电参与电力系统恢复问题描述为一个随机混合整数线性规划问题;然后将此问题分解为2个阶段,采用整数L形算法求解;最后在IEEE-57节点系统中进行仿真试验,从风电场的位置、惯性能力、风电渗透率、不确定性等方面分析了风电对电力系统恢复的影响。仿真结果表明,所提风电参与电力系统恢复的模型及策略有助于改善系统的恢复过程,可提高系统的恢复能力。研究结果可为风电在电力系统恢复规划中的应用提供参考。
Although the rapid growth of wind power has brought clean and cheap energy,the uncertainty of wind power has also brought technical problems to the power system.It is great challenging to use wind power to participate in power system restoration.Therefore,this paper proposes a restoration planning model and strategy to improve power system restoration ability by using wind power.Firstly,a wind power scenario is adopted,so that the problem of wind power participating in power system restoration is described as a stochastic mixed integer linear programming problem.Then,the problem is decomposed into two stages and solved by the integer L-shape algorithm.Finally,the simulation test is carried out in IEEE-57 bus system,and the impact of wind power on power system restoration is analyzed from the aspects of wind farm location,inertia capacity,wind power penetration,uncertainty,etc.The simulation results show that the proposed model and strategy of wind power participating in power system restoration can help to improve the restoration process of the system and improve the restoration ability of the system.The research results can provide reference for the application of wind power in power system restoration planning.
