摘要
基于医院真实世界大数据应用实践,提出构建临床数据处理流程规范,详细阐述该规范制定流程及重点,包括临床问题确定、患者分组条件客观化处理、临床数据规范化校验、临床数据规则化提取等。
Based on the application practice of real world medical big data in hospitals,the paper proposes the construction of the clinical data processing flow specification,and elaborates the procedures and emphases of the specification,including the determination of clinical problems,objectified treatment of patients’grouping conditions,standardized validation of clinical data,regular extraction of clinical data,etc.
