摘要
危险废物鉴别是环境管理工作的重要技术支撑,也是危废管理和处置的前提和依据。阐述了我国目前危险废物鉴别的工作现状,指出了危险废物鉴别名录、鉴别标准体系和鉴别程序等存在的一些问题和不足,同时对危废鉴别实验室能力建设及环境管理进行了分析,并针对性地提出一些改进建议与措施。
Hazardous waste identification is not only an important technical support for environmental management,but also the premise and basis for hazardous waste management and disposal.This paper expounds the current situation of hazardous waste identification in China,points out some problems and deficiencies in hazardous waste identification directory,identification standard system and identification procedure.At the same time,the laboratory capacity-building and environmental management of hazardous waste identification are analyzed,and some improvement suggestions and measures are put forward.
