摘要
永久导向基座(PGB)是保证水下采油树在海底与水下井口对接的重要基础结构,因对接过程中波流扰动复杂,给水下采油树的安装带来巨大挑战和安全隐患。建立了工程船-钢丝缆绳-水下采油树-永久导向基座的耦合系统受力分析模型,基于微元法和六自由度方程分别对钢丝缆绳和水下采油树进行了动态响应分析。同时,针对南海X油田实际海况建立了水下采油树与PGB对接过程的数值模型,对最为危险的第Ⅰ阶段和第Ⅱ阶段开展了不同海流对水下采油树安装姿态和PGB的受力影响分析,揭示了导向桩出现压顶或脱离现象的机理成因,探究了不同对接阶段船舶升沉与海流激励下水下采油树与永久导向基座对接过程的动态响应规律,并选取不同时期工况对PGB进行了强度校核。结果表明,在第Ⅰ阶段,采油树更易与PGB 1号导向桩产生压顶和脱离现象;在第Ⅱ阶段,采油树更易与PGB 4号导向桩产生压顶和脱离现象;两个阶段PGB的导向桩均满足强度要求,处于安全工况。研究结果已在中国南海油田采油树PGB导向安装中得到有效应用。
Permanent guide base(PGB)is an important basic structure that guarantees the successful docking between subsea Christmas tree and subsea wellhead.Due to complex wave flow disturbance in the docking process,a great challenge and safety risk are encountered during the installation of a subsea Christmas tree.In view of this,the paper establishes the force analysis model of ship-wire rope-subsea Christmas tree-PGB coupled system,and analyzes the dynamic responds of wire rope and subsea Christmas tree using infinitesimal method and six-free-degree equation,respectively.Meanwhile,a numerical model for the process of connecting subsea Christmas tree and PGB has been established according to the actual sea conditions of an oil-gas field in the South China Sea.For the most dangerous stageⅠand stageⅡ,this paper analyzes the stressing influence of different sea currents on the installation posture of subsea Christmas tree and PGB,reveals the causes and mechanism for topping and detachment of the guide pile,explores the dynamic response regularity of subsea Christmas tree and PGB in the docking process under the incentive of ship heaving and sea current at different stages of docking,and checks PGB intensity according to the working conditions of different periods.The results shows that the topping and detachment of No.1 and 4 guide pile is easily to occur in stageⅠand stageⅡ,respectively;in these two stages,the guide piles of PGB can both meet strength requirements,thus guaranteeing the safe working conditions.These research results have been effectively applied in the guiding installation of PGB in an oilfield of the South China Sea.
