新时代高校思政课教学协同创新的内涵、重点与对策 被引量:66

Collaborative Innovation of College Ideological and Political Course Teaching in the New Era: Connotation, Focuses and Countermeasures

摘要 思政课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,是一项铸魂育人的基础和核心课程。切实提升高校思政课教学质量和实效,需要以协同方式推进思政课教学创新发展,既要明晰新时代思政课教学协同创新的科学内涵,深入探究在思政课教学中开展协同创新的目标指向、本质意蕴和总体要求;又要深入思政课教学运行过程,从主体协同、内容协同、课程协同、方法协同、载体协同等方面观照思政课教学协同创新的推进重点。在厘定思政课教学协同创新是一种课程观、方法论和运行态的基础上,聚合教学理论研究、统筹课程体系建设、整合优化教学团队、协同教学方式方法、拓展教学运行载体,以"五协同"的聚合效应、系统效能、集成效果提升高校思政课教学质量和水平。 As a key course for colleges to implement their fundamental task of morality education, ideological and political courses are regarded as the basis and core of education. In order to improve their quality and effect, it is necessary to promote the innovative teaching in a collaborative way. On the one hand, the scientific connotation of teaching of collaborative innovation in the new era should be clarified and their direction,essence and general requirements should be deeply investigated. On the other, the teaching process, including collaborations of subjects, contents, courses, methods and carriers, should be fully researched to locate the focuses of collaboration. In essence, the collaborative innovation of ideological and political course teaching is a curriculum view, a methodology and a running state. Based on this cognition, the teaching quality can be improved through the synergistic effect, systemic and integrated efficiency resulted from the collaborations between the five steps of the teaching process: integrating theoretical research of teaching, planning curriculum construction as a whole, integrating and optimizing the teaching team, improving teaching methods in a collaborative way and expanding the running carriers of teaching.
