摘要
思想政治理论课“精准滴灌”教学,是一种有别于以往“渠灌”“喷灌”“漫灌”教育中的粗略性、偏差化、漫洒式等不当做法,强调“精灌”“准灌”“滴灌”,是重视个体差异、立体化协同育人以及现代信息技术应用的教育新模式。开展“精准滴灌”教学,必须始终遵循“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”的基本准则,要求着力提升新时代思政课教师的胜任力、革新教学理念、优化教学内容、转换教学话语。
The teaching method of“precise drip irrigation”in ideological and political theory course overcomes the improper practice of the traditional methods,including such ways as“canal irrigation”,“sprinkling irrigation”,“basin irrigation”,which are sketchy,deviated,and diffuse.This is a new pattern of education thatpays attention to individual differences,three-dimensional cooperative education and application of modern information technology.To carry out the teaching method of“precise drip irrigation”,it is required to follow the basic criteria of“teaching on case-by-case basis,keeping steps with the times,and updating teaching with the situation”,to enhance the competence of teachers in the new era,to innovate teaching ideas,to optimize teaching content,and to transform teaching discourse.
