摘要
目的:观察独活寄生汤内服联合中药外洗治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:选取160例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用塞来昔布治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用独活寄生汤内服联合中药外洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节功能(膝关节Lysholm评分、Kujala主观评分法)、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%(74/80),显著高于对照组的77.50%(62/80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Lysholm评分和Kujala主观评分均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在塞来昔布治疗基础上采用独活寄生汤内服联合中药外洗治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者可提高治疗总有效率和关节功能评分,降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯塞来昔布治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods:160 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib,while the observation group was treated with oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the knee function[knee Lysholm scale,Kujala subjective scale]score,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(74/80),which was significantly higher than 77.50%(62/80)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Lysholm score and the Kujala subjective score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of Celecoxib treatment,oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type can improve the total effective rate and the joint function score,and reduce the VAS score.Moreover,it is superior to single celecoxib treatment.
