摘要
目的:分析卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疾病特点,评价彩超引导无水酒精介入治疗的可行性和临床效果。方法:选择2019年3月~2020年5月本院诊治的110例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疾病患者,患者知情同意,伦理委员会审核批准,按照随机数字表法分组治疗。予以观察组患者彩超引导无水酒精介入治疗手段,予以对照组患者腹腔镜手术治疗。分析两组患者手术情况,包括临床治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、医疗费用以及不良反应、治疗效果满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗后临床总有效率100.00%与对照组接近,P>0.05;观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术中出血量(75.50±6.50)mL、手术时间(32.50±5.50)min、住院时间(4.50±0.50)d、医疗费用(2110.50±150.50)元均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗效果非常满意患者40例、基本满意患者15例、无不满意患者,总满意度100.00%高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组恶心呕吐、疼痛不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗、彩超引导无水酒精介入治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转取得了相近的效果,而后者手术损伤更小、恢复更快。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion disease and evaluate the feasibility and clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound-guided interventional therapy with absolute alcohol.Methods:We selected 110 patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020,the patients had informed consent,reviewed and approved by the ethics committee,and were treated according to the random number table method.Patients in the observation group were given color Doppler ultrasound guided interventional therapy with absolute alcohol,and patients in the control group were given laparoscopic surgery.The operation status of the two groups of patients was analyzed,including clinical treatment effect,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,medical expenses,adverse reactions,and satisfaction with the treatment effect.Results:The total clinical effective rate of 100.00%of the observation group after treatment was close to that of the control group,P>0.05;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(75.50±6.50)mL,operation time(32.50±5.50)min,hospitalization time(4.50±0.50)d,medical expenses(2110.50±150.50)yuan were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group was very satisfied with the treatment effect of 40 patients,basically satisfied were 15 patients and no dissatisfied patients.The total satisfaction rate of 100.00%was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of nausea,vomiting and pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery and color Doppler ultrasound guided interventional treatment of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion have achieved similar results,while the latter has less surgical damage and faster recovery.
