摘要
目的分析糖尿病肾病病患使用盐酸贝那普利片以及胰酶肽原酶肠溶片治疗的作用。方法对本院糖尿病肾病110例病患开展研究,2019年6月研究开始,并于2021年6月完成。依据随机抽签法将所有病患划分成(55例)的常规组以及(55例)的试验组,予以常规组病患盐酸贝那普利片治疗,予以试验组病患盐酸贝那普利片以及胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。对比每组病患治疗效果;用药前与用药4周后血糖指标、24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐、血尿素氮、25-羟基维生素D3、舒张压以及收缩压水平。结果在治疗有效率方面试验组是96.36%,相较于常规组的81.82%有明显提高(P<0.05)。用药4周后试验组病患糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖以及空腹血糖水平均低于常规组,并且同组用药4周后指标水平均低于用药前(P<0.05)。用药4周后试验组病患24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐以及血尿素氮水平相较于常规组低,并且同组用药4周后指标水平均低于用药前(P<0.05)。用药4周后试验组病患25-羟基维生素D3水平高于常规组,并且试验组用药4周后指标水平高于用药前(P<0.05)。两组病患组内用药4周后舒张压以及收缩压水平均低于用药前(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病病患使用盐酸贝那普利片以及胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗,能够改善血糖、肾功能以及血压指标水平,降低24 h尿蛋白水平,提升25-羟基维生素D3水平,增强治疗效果,发挥一定干预作用。
Objective To analyze the treatment of beenopril hydrochloride tablets and peptidogenase tablets in diabetic nephropathy.Methods Collecting 110 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021.There were 55 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group,Benazepril hydrochloride tablets in the conventional group and benazepril hydrochloride tablets and pancreatic kinkininase enterolytic tablets in the experimental group.Compare the treatment effects of each group;blood glucose index before and after 4 weeks,24-hour urine protein quantification,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,25-hydroxyvitamin D3,diastolic BP,and systolic BP levels.Results In terms of total treatment response rate,the experimental group was 96.36% in the experimental group,compared with 81.82% in the conventional group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of medication,the glycated hemoglobin,blood glucose for 2 hours after a meal and fasting blood glucose levels were lower than those of the conventional group,and the index levels of the same group were lower than those before medication(P<0.05).After 4 weeks,the levels of urine protein quantification,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were lower compared with the conventional group,and the index levels were lower than before medication(P<0.05).After 4 weeks,the 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the index level in the experimental group was higher than that before medication(P<0.05).Diastolic BP and systolic BP levels were lower after 4 weeks than before medication(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazopril hydrochloride and intestinal soluble tablets in diabetic nephropathy can improve blood sugar,kidney function and blood pressure index,reduce the level of 24 hours,increase the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,enhance the therapeutic effect,and play a certain intervention role.
