摘要
针对当前高职院校基于信息化的混合式教学改革过程中存在线上和线下教学相对孤立,没有真正融合的问题,分析了当前混合式教学改革的困境及其内涵,提出了将“以学生为中心”的教学理念融合教学过程、将信息技术融入多元化的教学方法、建立混合式教学管理与监控评价体系以及健全绩效考核激励制度的观点。
In view of the problem that online and offline teaching is relatively isolated and there is no real integration in the process of information-based blended teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the dilemma and connotation of the current blended teaching reform,puts forward the integration of"student-centered"teaching concept into the teaching process,the in-tegration of information technology into diversified teaching methods.It proposes to establish a mixed teaching management,moni-toring and evaluation system,and improve the performance appraisal and incentive system.
