摘要
目的观察温中止泻汤联合脐疗治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)(脾肾阳虚证)临床疗效。方法将60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察组予温中止泻汤联合脐疗治疗,两组均治疗4周,观察各组治疗前后中医症状积分及评价临床疗效。结果两组治疗后中医症状评分较治疗前均降低,对照组腹痛得温痛减及形寒肢冷评分较治疗前降低不明显(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后中医症状评分均明显低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组56.67%(P<0.05)。结论温中止泻汤联合脐疗治疗IBS-D(脾肾阳虚证)疗效确切,能显著改善症状,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenzhong Zhixie Decoction combined with navel therapy in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods Sixty patients were divided into a treatment group(n=30,Wenzhong Zhixie Decoction combined with navel therapy)and a control group(n=30,Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets)according to the random number table.After four weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores and clinical efficacies were evaluated as compared with those before treatment.Results The post-treatment TCM symptom scores were lower than those before treatment in both groups.The post-treatment scores of abdominal pain relief by warmth and coldness of body limbs in the control group did not decrease significantly as compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,higher than 56.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenzhong Zhixie Decoction combined with navel therapy is potent in treating IBS-D with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,with definite efficacy,and it can improve symptoms and is worthy of further clinical application.
