摘要
现阶段,对于房屋建筑来说需要注意做好建筑的防渗漏工作,加强建筑物的防水性,从而保障建筑物的整体质量。事实上,渗漏问题是房屋建筑在使用期间常见的问题之一,这就需要建筑单位在进行房屋建筑工作期间利用有效的防渗漏技术,从房屋的用处和施工材料等角度来加强房屋的防渗漏性能,从而进一步提升房屋的建设质量,推动房屋建筑的发展和进步。
