基于PID算法的轨道车辆全自动齿轮箱加油机设计

Design of a fully gearbox refueler for railway vehicle based on PID algorithm

摘要 针对轨道车辆齿轮箱加油作业在质量、效率等方面存在的问题,设计全自动齿轮箱加油机。借助三维绘图软件完成设备的机械结构设计,基于PID算法设计控制模块,介绍了设备的整体方案、控制逻辑及关键电路。通过试验验证该设备能实现多种工况的精准控制,极大改善现场作业质量,提升作业效率。 Aiming at the problems in railway vehicle gearbox refueling operation in terms of quality and efficiency, we designed a fully automatic gearbox refueler. Its mechanical structure design was completed with a 3D drawing software and the control module design was based on PID algorithm. The paper introduces the overall scheme, control logic and key circuits of the refueler. The verification test shows that the refueler can realize accurate control under various working conditions and greatly improve the quality and efficiency of on-site operations.
