摘要
数字经济的发展催生了一系列重大的变革,柔性生产、大规模个性化定制和智能制造成为制造业数字化转型的新趋势。对国家唯一的制造业转型升级综合改革试点城市——佛山的数字经济发展状况研究表明,制造业的数字化转型升级还存在缺乏方法论引导、产业协同水平较低、经费投入不足、人才及第三方服务供给不足等困境。为此,需要从做好组织结构调整以适应数字化转型需求、以产业链深度融合引领数字化升级、加大研究经费投入,提高数字化发展环境以及加快人才培育,加强职业教育供给等方面规划转型路径,以期更好地推动数字经济与实体经济的深度融合。
The development of digital economy has brought about a wide range of significant changes.The digital transformation in the manufacturing industry witnesses such new development trends as flexible production,massive-scale personalized customization and smart manufacturing.A research about the development of the digital economy in Foshan,the only comprehensive reform pilot city of the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry in China,showed that there are still some difficulties,such as lack of methodological guidance,low level of industrial synergy,shortage of funding input,and supply shortage of talents and third party services.Therefore,in a bid to better promote the deep integration of digital economy and the real economy,some measures should be taken for the planning of the upgrading path,for example,adjusting the organizational structure to adapt to the need of digital transformation,deeply integrating the industrial chain to guide the digital upgrading,increasing R&D input,bettering digital development environment,fastening the pace of talent cultivation and strengthening the supply of vocational education..
