摘要
目的研究综合护理对女性胃癌患者化疗期间癌因性疲乏、依从性的影响。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区肿瘤内科2020年1月至6月收治的70例胃癌化疗患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组使用常规护理手段,观察组行综合护理,观察两组护理依从性和癌因性疲乏评分情况(包括躯体功能、行为能力、认知水平和情感因素)。结果观察组患者依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性胃癌患者化疗期间,对患者进行综合护理能改善患者癌因性疲乏情况,有利于提高患者依从性,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on cancer-related fatigue and compliance during chemotherapy in female gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy in the Western Department of Oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January to June 2020 were selected,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,35 patients in each group.The control group used routine care methods,and the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing,the nursing compliance and cancer-related fatigue scores(including physical function,behavioral ability,cognitive level and emotional factors)were observed.Results The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cancer-related fatigue score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During chemotherapy in female patients with gastric cancer,comprehensive nursing can improve their cancer fatigue,improve compliance,worthy of clinical promotion.
