摘要
长江下游广泛发育富含硫化物和Cd等重金属的黑色岩系,为查明黑色岩系地质高背景稻田土壤重金属污染的风险,在浙西典型黑色页岩发育区系统采集了15组水稻根际土壤和籽粒协同样品,测定As、Cd、Pb、Cr和Hg的含量,采用综合质量影响指数(IICQ)评价土壤重金属污染程度,采用健康风险评价模型评价潜在的人体健康风险。结果表明,研究区As、Cd、Pb、Cr和Hg含量均值分别为17.81、1.71、33.3、74.0和0.168 mg/kg,主要污染元素为Cd和As。水稻籽粒从土壤中富集重金属能力为Cd>Hg>As>Cr>Pb,Cd的富集系数为0.631。研究区有66.7%的土壤为中度及以上污染,26.6%的土壤处于亚健康状态。研究区成人和儿童均面临非致癌风险和致癌风险,贡献率最大的因子均为Cd,综合非致癌风险指数(HI)均值分别为7.49和13.49,成人低于儿童;综合致癌风险指数(TCR)均值分别为8.8×10^(-3)和3.7×10^(-3),成人高于儿童。
Black shale series rich in heavy metals such as sulfide and Cd were widely developed in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,in order to clarify the risk of heavy metals pollution in paddy soil of black shale series geological high background,15 groups of rice rhizosphere soil and grain co-samples were systematically collected in typical black shale areas in western Zhejiang and the contents of As,Cd,Pb,Cr and Hg were measured,the comprehensive quality impact Index(IICQ)was used to evaluate the degree of soil heavy metals pollution,health risk assessment model was used to evaluate the potential human health risks.The results showed that the average contents of As,Cd,Pb,Cr and Hg in the study area were 17.81,1.71,33.3,74.0 and 0.168 mg/kg,respectively and the main polluted elements were Cd and As.The enrichment ability of heavy metals was different and followed the approximately decreasing order of Cd>Hg>As>Cr>Pb,and the concentrating coefficients of Cd was 0.631 times.66.7%of the soil samples was moderately polluted or above,and 26.6%of the soil was in sub-health state.Both adults and children in the study area were faced with non-carcinogenic risk and carcinogenic risk,and Cd was the most contributing factor.The comprehensive non-carcinogenic risk indices(HI)were 7.49 and 13.49,respectively,which was lower for adults than for children.The comprehensive carcinogenic risk indices(TCR)were 8.8×10^(-3) and 3.7×10^(-3),respectively,which was higher for adults than for children.
