摘要
为了确定平朔东露天矿首采区向二采区转向方式,进而做好转向前期准备工作,提出了建立东露天矿采区生产模型,分别模拟采区直角转向与采区扇形转向,以实际数据为依托进行排土容量计算,进而确定合理的转向方式。结果表明:采取直角转向时,内排土场容积欠量为26621万m^(3),采取扇形转向时内排土场容积欠量为3524万m^(3),为尽量满足内排需求,东露天矿转向应采取扇形转向,并设立外排土场于2023年开始排弃,外排空间约为5000万m^(3),转向期间剥采比控制在5.48~5.64 m^(3)/t。
In order to determine the turning mode of the first mining area to the second mining area in Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine,and do the preliminary preparations,the article proposes the establishment of production model in East Open-pit Mine,and simulates right-angle steering and fan-shaped steering in advance,relying on actual data to calculate dumping capacity and determine a reasonable steering mode.The results show that when the right-angle steering is adopted,the volume of the inner dump is less than 266.21 million m^(3),and the volume of the inner dump is less than 35.24 million m^(3) for the fan-shaped steering.The field will start to discharge in 2023,with a discharge volume of 50 million m^(3),and the stripping ratio during the turning period will be controlled at 5.48~5.64 m^(3)/t.
