摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD),是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病和多发病,已经成为与高血压、糖尿病“等量齐观”的慢性疾病,严重影响患者的生命质量。而慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)是慢阻肺患者死亡的重要因素,其中持续存在的血液高凝状态是AECOPD发生发展的重要因素之一。而血液高凝致血栓形成的风险增高,肺栓塞的发病率升高,D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原检测对此具有诊疗意义。中医的“络病学”理论为治疗COPD并高凝状态提供了新思路,肺络繁多、细小、纵横交错,形成了易滞易瘀的特点,易形成津聚、痰郁、血瘀。文章简述从痰瘀角度论治COPD合并高凝状态的观点,以改善患者高凝状态。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),a common and frequently-occurring disease that seriously endangers human health,has become a chronic disease on a par with hypertension and diabetes,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.The acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)is an important factor in the death of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),in which the persistent hypercoagulable state of blood is one of the important factors in the occurrence and development of AECOPD.However,the risk of thrombosis is increased caused by hypercoagulable blood statte and the incidence of pulmonary embolism is increased,the detection of D-dimer and fibrinogen have diagnostic and therapeutic significance of that.The“collateral disease”theory of traditional Chinese medicine provides a new idea for the treatment of COPD with hypercoagulable blood state.Lung collaterals are numerous,small and crisscross,forming the characteristics of easy stagnation and stasis,and easy to form Jin accumulation,phlegm depression and blood stasis.This article briefly describes the viewpoint of treating COPD with hypercoagulable blood state from the point of view of phlegm and blood stasis in order to improve the hypercoagulable blood state of patients.
