“5+3”模式下女性生殖器官系统疾病整合教学的建设与思考 被引量:1

摘要 妇产科是临床医学四大主要学科之一,而“5+3”培养则是一种全新的模式,它将医学本科教育、专业型硕士研究生教育、执业医师资格考试以及临床规培教育串联在一起,创新性地实现医学教育与住院医师规范化培训的无缝衔接,其目标是培养高水平临床医师。然而既往“5+3”培养模式大多是以学科为中心,课程体系存在明显教学分期、学科间横向联系不连贯、部分知识点重复等诸多弊端,不利于课程的开展和学生的培养。我校妇产科学科秉承“以器官系统为主线、以疾病为中心、以临床思维路径为导向、基础与临床全线贯通”的理念,开展了一系列教学改革并取得一定成效,文章就我校妇产科在“5+3”模式下女性生殖器官系统疾病整合教学的教师团队建设、整合课程设计、实施、教学效果评价和遇到的困难等方面进行探讨,以期加强学生对妇产科知识的掌握水平,提升学生的自我学习能力,从而为妇产科学的教学提供新的思路模式。 Obstetrics and gynecology is one of the four main disciplines of clinical medicine,and the"5+3"integrated training model is a new training model that combines medical undergraduate education,medical professional degree postgraduate education,practicing physician qualification examination and regulations.Training education,innovatively realize the seamless connection between medical education and the standardized training of resident doctors,and its goal is to train high-level clinicians.However,the previous"5+3"training model was a subjectcentered curriculum system,and there were many drawbacks such as obvious teaching stages,insufficient horizontal links between subjects,and duplication of subject knowledge points,which attracted wide attention from experts in the medical education field.The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our school has carried out a series of teaching reforms and achieved certain results based on the concept of“organ system as the main line,disease-centered,clinical thinking path-oriented,basic and clinical full line connection”.The obstetrics and gynecology department will discuss the teacher team building,integrated curriculum design,implementation and difficulties encountered in the integrated teaching of female reproductive organ system diseases under the"5+3"model,with a view to improving the level of knowledge and self-learning of medical students It can also provide new research evidence for the teaching reform of obstetrics and gynecology.
