摘要
目的观察麻杏石甘汤合涤痰汤联合推拿和阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法回顾性选取2019年2月—2020年2月北京市房山区妇幼保健院中医科小儿肺炎患儿100例,依据治疗方法,以阿奇霉素合氨溴索治疗的患儿为西药治疗组,在阿奇霉素治疗基础上以麻杏石甘汤合涤痰汤联合推拿治疗的患儿为联合治疗组,各50例,统计分析两组患儿的中医主证积分、临床疗效、症状体征消失时间、住院时间、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组中医主证积分均低于西药治疗组,症状体征消失时间、住院时间均短于西药治疗组,患儿的血清WBC、ESR、CRP、LDH水平均低于西药治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且联合治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率96.00%(48/50)高于西药治疗组74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.490,P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤合涤痰汤联合推拿和阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的疗效较阿奇霉素合氨溴索西药治疗显著。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with Ditan Decoction combined with Tuina and Azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods 100 children with pneumonia in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fangshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the treatment method,the children treated with azithromycin and ambroxol were selected as the western medicine treatment group,and the children treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction and Ditan Decoction combined with massage were selected as the combined treatment group on the basis of azithromycin treatment,with 50 cases in each group.The scores of the main syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,length of hospitalization,serum inflammatory factor levels,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of children were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the main syndrome scores of TCM in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the western medicine treatment group,the disappearance time of symptoms and signs and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the western medicine treatment group,and the children's serum WBC,ESR,CRP,and LDH levels were lower than those in the western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 96.00%(48/50)higher than that of the western medicine group 74.00%(37/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.490,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Ditan Decoction combined with massage and azithromycin is more effective than azithromycin and ambroxol in the treatment of pneumonia in children.
