摘要
目的分析食管鳞状细胞癌患者基因单核苷酸多态性特点,解析基因单核苷酸多态性对食管鳞状细胞癌早期预警的重要性。方法对郑州大学第一附属医院省部共建食管癌防治国家重点实验室50万例食管癌患者临床信息数据库中的199例食管鳞癌患者的SNP rs75331747等信息进行整理剖析,用单因素双重线性回归方法解释其是否是食管鳞状细胞癌患者生存的影响因素。结果199例食管鳞癌患者中,T/T基因型个体生存率显著高于G/G基因型个体,T/T基因型个体生存率高于G/T基因型个体,G/T基因型个体生存率高于G/G基因型个体(P<0.001),SEZ6L2基因rs75331747SNP位点多态性是食管鳞状细胞癌生存的影响因素。结论SEZ6L2基因rs75331747可能影响食管鳞状细胞癌患者的生存结局,可以作为潜在的预后标志物。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of gene single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cancer,and to clarify the value of SNP in the early warning of esophageal cancer.Methods From The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University Province Department of Construction of State Key Laboratory of Esophageal Cancer Prevention and Control of 500000 patients with esophageal cancer clinical information,199 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinomas in the database were selected,and their SNP rs75331747,other information were analyzed;the single factor double linear regression method was used to explain whether it was the influencing factor of the survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results Among 199 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,the survival rate of T/T genotype was significantly higher than that of G/G genotype,and the survival rate of G/T genotype was higher than that of G/G genotype(P<0.001).The polymorphism of rs75331747 SNP in SEZ6L2 gene was a factor influencing the survival of esophageal cancer.Conclusion SEZ6L2 gene rs75331747 may affect the survival outcome of esophageal cancer patients,and can be used as a potential prognostic marker in the future.
